SUSAN (Rovezzi )  CARROLL
Susan Carroll, PhD  is a data scientist with over 40 years of experience in the field.  While a doctoral candidate, she was named one of 20 Young Women Scholars by the Ford Foundation.
She received her Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1981.  As a former faculty member at UCONN, she taught research, management and marketing courses and received the Dean's Leadership award. As president of Words & Numbers Research,  which she founded, Dr. Carroll has designed and conducted numerous of market research and evaluation studies for a diverse clientele. Dr. Carroll is a prolific writer with several books, trade journal and peer review articles to her credit. She has been invited to speak throughout the country on topics related to research, marketing and management.    See LinkedIn profile.

 

DAVID CARROLL
David Carroll is Vice President at Words & Numbers Research, Inc. He specializes in consultation to clients in the areas of marketing strategy and marketing execution. David conceived, developed and branded Impact Marketing for WNR. Its value lies in the integration of research, strategy and alignment for measurable marketing results. It takes clients along the path of what to do, once the research is completed. David also conducts comprehensive and customized demographic analyses for clients who want to understand market profiles. Expertise in the development of social indicators for benchmarking, monitoring trends and determining the impact of initiatives is another skill David brings to the firm. David is co-author of several books and numerous articles in professional and trade journals. One article entitled, "Respecting the Grapevine: The Power of Word of Mouth Marketing in your Community" was published in three separate journals. He is also co-founder of a UCONN endowment which offers students an internship at Words & Numbers Research, Inc. with paid credits. See LinkedIn profile.
