Susan Carroll, PhD is a research methodologist with over 40 years of experience. She received her doctorate from the University of Connecticut in 1981. A former faculty member at UCONN, she taught research, management and marketing courses and received the Dean's Leadership award. As president of Words & Numbers Research Inc., which she founded, Dr. Carroll has designed and conducted numerous market research and evaluation studies for a diverse clientele. She is an expert in questionnaire development and research design. Dr. Carroll is a prolific writer with several books, trade journal and peer review articles to her credit.
